The Eagle Specialty Products CRS-104554210 is a cast mild steel crankshaft engineered as a superior alternative and upgrade to original equipment (O.E.) crankshafts for Pontiac 455 engines. This component features a 4.210" stroke and is designed for internal balance with a specific target bobweight of 2280g. Constructed from cast mild steel, this crankshaft incorporates .092" fillet radiuses, which significantly enhance its strength over stock castings. Despite the increased durability, it maintains compatibility with O.E. replacement bearings. The manufacturer recommends this crankshaft for applications such as pump-gas, naturally-aspirated, non-competition road cars. Key specifications include 3.25" main journals, 2.249" rod journals with a 2.000" width, a minimum rod length of 6.625", a snout diameter of 1.373", and a flywheel register diameter of 2.75".
