The IE Performance Cast Downpipe is meticulously engineered for the Audi B9/B9.5 S4 and S5 3.0T, providing a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory unit. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, its investment cast body is designed for optimal flow and reduced radiant heat. This downpipe incorporates a high-flow 200 CPSI catalytic converter, supporting full power from Stage 2 ECU tunes and hybrid turbo upgrades. The large 6" downpipe body smoothly transitions into dual 2.5" legs, ensuring rapid evacuation of exhaust gases, which improves turbocharger efficiency and speeds up spool. It is hand TIG-welded for superior reliability and features CNC machined v-band and bolt flanges for a leak-free connection. Installation is designed to be straightforward, typically taking around 2 hours with the correct tools, and requires no welding, cutting, or permanent modifications.
