Cast Iron Cylinder Head

The World Products 053040 is a cast iron cylinder head designed for Ford Small Block Windsor engines. It features 200cc intake ports and 64cc exhaust ports, which are substantially larger than OEM Ford heads, offering a significant power upgrade. This cylinder head also boasts a highly efficient combustion chamber design and larger valves.

Constructed from high-density cast iron, this head includes integral intake valve seats and hardened exhaust seats, with integral cast iron valve guides. The spring seats are machined for 1.560″ springs. It comes with ERSON stainless steel valves in assemblies, featuring 2.020″ intake and 1.600″ exhaust diameters. The intake runner volume is 200cc with a standard port location. The exhaust ports are 64cc and have a dual bolt pattern to accommodate custom headers. The combustion chamber volume is 64cc. The valve angle is a stock 20°. This cylinder head is 50-State emissions legal.
