Cast Iron Cylinder Head

The World Products 053040 is a high-performance, bare cast iron cylinder head engineered for Ford Small Block Windsor engines, specifically designed to provide a significant power increase over factory heads. With 200cc intake ports and 64cc exhaust ports that are substantially larger than OEM, this head is built for serious power gains from 302/351 engines. It features a highly efficient combustion chamber design and larger valves to maximize performance. Constructed from high-density cast iron, the 053040 head offers durability and performance. It includes integral intake valve seats and hardened exhaust seats, along with integral cast iron valve guides. The spring seats are precisely machined to accommodate 1.560″ springs, and it comes equipped with ERSON stainless steel valves. The intake valves measure 2.020″, and the exhaust valves measure 1.600″, both with 11/32″ stems. The intake runners have a 200cc volume with standard port locations, and the 64cc exhaust ports feature a dual bolt pattern suitable for custom headers. The combustion chambers are 64cc, and the valve angle is the stock 20°. The 053040 head is designed as a 50-State emissions legal factory replacement, making it a cost-effective choice for enhancing power while maintaining compliance. It is sold individually and has a weight of 50 lbs. Please note that guide plates and rocker arm studs are not included with this bare casting. The specified 1.6 ratio rocker arms are included, but using a 1.73 ratio may require elongation of the pushrod holes.
