Cat-Back Exhaust System

The Integrated Engineering IEEXCZ1 is a true catback exhaust system designed to replace the factory tailpipes, mufflers, resonators, and midpipes up to the downpipe, offering an entirely new exhaust experience for your Audi S-class SUV. Engineered with IE's proprietary DroneTrap technology, this system mathematically tunes exhaust waves to selectively cancel out annoying drone frequencies. The result is a deep, enriched, and sophisticated exhaust note without the unwanted noise. Construction utilizes mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity, with all joints expertly TIG welded by hand. Key design features include a stamped multi-wall center resonator housing, double-wall flex joints for reliable leak-free operation even in aggressive driving conditions, and multi-point, boxed-in hanger mounts to securely hold the exhaust. Wide-width stretch clamps, similar to those used in OE applications, ensure long-term reliability and a leak-free seal. The dual 2.5" piping is designed with a high-flow configuration to support significant power outputs. Installation is designed to be a bolt-on, direct-fit process with no cutting or welding required, typically taking 2-3 hours. However, an auto-lift is highly recommended, and some users note that installation can be challenging without one, recommending tools like a 16” extension and u-joint, along with an extra pair of hands. This catback exhaust system is compatible with 2018-2024 Audi SQ5 and 2021-2024 Audi SQ5 Sportback models equipped with the 3.0T V6 gas/petrol engines only. It is explicitly incompatible with ROW (Rest Of World) diesel engines.
