It is backed by a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty. It is EPA compliant, but not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York. For vehicles manufactured with California or 50-State emissions certification (2001 model year and newer), a CARB-compliant converter is required. Vehicles with Federal/EPA emissions certification (2000 model year and earlier, or any model year with Federal emissions) may use either non-CARB or CARB-compliant converters. The kit includes two ring gaskets, three 2-inch band clamps, two bolts, and five nuts.
