The Malian Exhausts cat-back performance exhaust system is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory system on the Toyota MR2 Mk3 Spyder (ZZW30) models equipped with the 1.8L 1ZZ engine, manufactured between 1999 and 2007. It features optimized tubing and mandrel bends with a 2.5-inch diameter to help minimize backpressure, contributing to sharper throttle response and improved mid-range character, though specific gains may vary by vehicle and existing modifications. Constructed from premium stainless steel with TIG welding for durability and a lasting finish, this exhaust system includes a fitting kit for straightforward installation using factory mounting points. The system culminates in a twin slash-cut tailpipe, measuring 3.5 inches (89mm). Key benefits include enhanced exhaust flow, a sportier sound profile with controlled cruising manners, and improved throttle response. The product is intended for off-road/track use where applicable, and users should verify local noise and emissions regulations before installation.
