Cat-Back Exhaust System 2.5" T304 Stainless Steel

The Cobra Sport PG14YTP18 is a cat-back performance exhaust system engineered to enhance the sound, looks, and quality of your vehicle. Made from T304 stainless steel with 2.5"/63.5mm mandrel-bent pipework, this system replaces the center and rear sections of your OE exhaust, running from the catalytic converter backward. It is available in two configurations: a resonated option that includes a center silencer for a subtle, sporty tone, and a non-resonated option that excludes the silencer for a louder, more aggressive exhaust note. The increased pipework bore size allows for a faster flow of exhaust gasses, reducing engine restriction. Testing on a development car revealed a 3.35% horsepower increase, reaching 154.3 bhp, and an 11.4% torque increase, exceeding 200 lb-ft. The system also offers a slight weight saving of over 0.5kg compared to the OE counterpart. Styling is complemented by standout 3" twin unobtrusive slash-cut tailpipes. All necessary fittings and gaskets are supplied with the exhaust. Cobra Sport offers a lifetime anti-corrosion warranty on all stainless steel cat/GPF-back exhausts and solid pipe sections for the original purchaser, provided the product is registered within 28 days. The system is manufactured in the UK. An ECU re-map is recommended to stabilize power increases and prevent potential EML light activation after removing the standard O/E catalyst. This exhaust fits the Peugeot 208 GTi 1.6T, and also the 2014-2015 30th Anniversary and 2015-2018 by Peugeot Sport models.
