The Milltek Sport SSXHO278 is a cat-back exhaust system designed as a direct replacement for the original system. It is constructed from 304L “Aircraft” Grade stainless steel for durability. This system offers a non-resonated, louder tone and features a valved configuration to control exhaust volume and add an aggressive sound.

The Milltek Sport SSXHO278 is a non-resonated, valved cat-back exhaust system engineered to deliver an aggressive sound profile and enhanced performance for the Honda / Acura Civic Type R FL5 2.0 i-VTEC. Constructed from premium 304L "Aircraft" grade stainless steel, this system offers superior strength, longevity, and corrosion resistance. This cat-back system features a 3.00" (76.20mm) diameter pipe and includes a valved outlet, allowing for adjustable sound levels. The system is completed with three 4.5" GT-115 exhaust tips finished in a striking burnt/blue titanium coating. Installation of the Milltek Sport SSXHO278 is estimated to take between 1.00 to 1.50 hours. The system is compatible with both OPF/GPF and Non-OPF/GPF models of the Honda / Acura Civic Type R FL5 2.0 i-VTEC from 2022 and later. Milltek Sport recommends a compatibility check using your vehicle's registration number or VIN prior to purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
