The 27WON Performance front pipe back exhaust system is engineered for the 2022+ Honda Civic Si and 5th Generation Acura Integra (FE1/DE4 chassis), offering a bold new look and sound. This premium system is constructed from 100% T304 stainless steel, featuring CNC mandrel bent tubing and precision TIG welded joints for durability and a clean aesthetic. It is available in a dual-tip setup, with two 100mm polished tips, or a single-exit option featuring a massive 4.5” tip for a more aggressive tuner look. To enhance performance, the exhaust piping diameter is increased from 50mm to 63.5mm, resulting in a 58% increase in cross-sectional area. This reduces back pressure, allowing hot exhaust gases to exit the turbocharger more easily, which supports future power modifications and contributes to a deep exhaust tone. The system utilizes two phase resonators (expansion chamber and absorption) on the dual exit version to manage frequencies and reduce back-pressure, while the single exit version employs a single resonator for a slightly more aggressive growl. Installation is facilitated by 3-bolt flanges, which offer optimal sealing and alignment compared to cheaper slip joints or less ideal 2-bolt flanges. The system includes custom matched gaskets for a leak-free, long-lasting seal. Optimal hanger locations and flange orientation, along with slotted bolt holes and lengthened hanger rods, ensure perfect fitment and allow for precise adjustment of the system's appearance. The dual exit version is estimated to have a 2-hour installation time, as is the single exit version, with a difficulty rating of 3/5. 27WON offers this exhaust in three configurations: front-pipe back only with a 2.5” high-flow front pipe, or as a complete turbo-back exhaust system that includes an 80mm high-flow catted downpipe. For those opting for the single exit version, an optional Honda OEM Part # 71591-T20-A00 can be purchased to fill the driver side bumper trim opening.
