Description

The Milltek SSXFD204 is a cat-back exhaust system designed for the Ford Focus MK3 ST 2.0-litre TDCi 5-Door Hatchback (Diesel) models from 2012-2020. It features a 70mm (2.76-inch) pipe diameter and is constructed from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel.

This system is designed as a direct replacement for the original exhaust, offering improved sound and aesthetics. Mandrel bending is used for optimized gasflow, and bore diameters are enlarged over stock to enhance performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. The exhaust is developed to provide a sporty and crisp tone, while avoiding NVH, drone, or cabin resonance.
