This system replaces the exhaust components from the catalytic converter back, maintaining 50-state emissions compliance. The design incorporates larger, freer-flowing pipes and mufflers, allowing your engine to operate more efficiently by reducing backpressure. This leads to improved performance and a more aggressive, throaty exhaust note. The system's TIG-welded CNC-machined flange ensures robust resistance to pressure and corrosion, contributing to its longevity. Performance gains are a key benefit, with the system being dyno-proven to deliver an increase of 10-20 horsepower and enhanced low-end torque. The increased engine output and efficiency contribute to a more responsive driving experience. The specific dimensions include an inlet diameter of 2.75 inches, front and rear piping diameter of 2.25 inches, and an outlet diameter of 4.00 inches, complete with a removable silencer for adjustable sound levels. This cat-back exhaust system is compatible with 1995-2003 Chevrolet Cavalier Base/LS/RS models and 1995-1998 Pontiac Sunfire GT/SE models equipped with the 2.2L L61/2200 engines ONLY.
