The Milltek SSXFD100 is a performance cat-back exhaust system engineered for the Ford Fiesta 1.6 EcoBoost (MK7/MK7.5), including the ST and ST.5 models, fitting years 2013 through 2017. This race-oriented, non-resonated system is crafted from T304L stainless-steel for durability and resistance to corrosion, even in harsh environments. It features a larger 70mm (2.75-inch) bore diameter, a significant increase from stock, and terminates with dual 80mm GT80 polished tips, enhancing the vehicle's aggressive aesthetic. A gasket and fitting kit are included for installation. Milltek Sport, a manufacturer known for performance and motorsport exhaust systems, hand-constructs their products at their factory in England. The company utilizes advanced equipment like CNC mandrel tube benders and Faro 3D laser scanners, supported by an experienced engineering team to develop innovative designs. Milltek holds ISO9001:2015 accreditation and offers a wide range of EC-approved systems tested and approved by TUV in Germany. The system comes with a 2-year or 80,000 Km guarantee. Estimated fitting time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
