The Milltek SSXFD136 is a resonated cat-back exhaust system designed for the Ford Fiesta Mk7/Mk7.5 1.0T EcoBoost models from 2013 to 2017 (100/125/140PS). It features twin 80mm GT80 Cerakote Black tips and a 2.37-inch (60.3mm) pipe diameter. This system is constructed from aerospace-grade type 304 stainless steel for durability and resistance to discoloration.

Installation requires the Fiesta Zetec S rear valance, part number 1833264, which is available from Ford dealers. The system is not EC-approved and is not a race system.

The Milltek Cat-back exhaust system (SSXFD136) offers an upgraded exhaust solution for the Ford Fiesta Mk7/Mk7.5 equipped with the 1.0T EcoBoost engine (100, 125, or 140PS variants), compatible with model years 2013 through 2017. Constructed from time-served craftsmen using aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this exhaust system is built for longevity and resistance to discoloration. The pipework, silencers, and associated hardware are all made from this superior material. Mandrel bending is utilized to ensure constant radius bends for optimized gas flow, and the pipe diameters are enlarged over stock to enhance performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. This particular Milltek system features twin 80mm GT80 tips finished in Cerakote Black. It requires the use of the Fiesta Zetec S rear valance, which has part number 1833264 and can be sourced from a local Ford dealer. The pipe diameter measures 60.3mm x 2.37mm (2.37 inches). This exhaust is not EC-approved and is not a race system.
