Cat-Back Exhaust System with 2.5" Tubes

The Stillen Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the 2023+ Nissan Z 3.0T, aiming to deliver enhanced performance, flow, and sound. During development, engineers explored various configurations, ultimately choosing an X pipe design with a cross-sectional area of approximately 4 inches. This design merges the left and right exhaust banks, significantly improving sound quality over a true dual exhaust system while preventing flow restriction common in twin-turbo V6 engines. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cat-back system features precision tig welded components throughout. The 2.5" tubes transition into the X pipe, which then leads to a pair of high-polished mufflers. These mufflers are assembled and welded in-house using proprietary machinery, resulting in a distinctive "stack of dimes" finish with a multi-color burn trail from the welding process. Buyers can customize the look of their exhaust with a choice of polished stainless steel, burnt stainless steel, or carbon fiber exhaust tips. The system also includes a Stillen branded cross-brace for support and aesthetic enhancement. This exhaust system is proudly made in America and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
