Description

The SXTH Element Catch Can Installation Kit is specifically engineered for the Hyundai Elantra N 2022+ model years. This kit addresses the issue of oil and crud buildup in the intake tract by filtering the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system. Modern engines recirculate these gases, which contain a mixture of gas, oil, and contaminants. This kit effectively filters these vapors, trapping them in a catch can before they can re-enter the engine. The catch can itself is constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum and incorporates a 40-micron filter to slow and filter crankcase vapors. It features a logo-cut diffuser housing stainless steel filtering media for optimal air/oil separation. The kit includes a custom-tailored mounting bracket for a bolt-on, no-fuss installation, specific to the vehicle. Note that this installation kit requires the separate purchase of the SXTH Element Oil Catch Can to function.
