Catch Can Kit

This kit integrates both the CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) and PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) systems, providing a comprehensive solution to capture blow-by byproducts. High-performance driving can lead to elevated levels of crankcase blow-by, which, if not managed, can degrade performance and potentially lead to oil collecting in the intercooler. The CCV catch can component installs behind the LH headlight and plumbs into the crankcase vent hose, capturing vapors, unspent fuel, and oil sludge that would otherwise enter the intake pipe and turbocharger. The PCV catch can component is a closed-loop system that routes filtered air back into the engine, promoting negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance while preventing unwanted vapors from entering the cabin. This system is emissions and track legal. Included in the kit are billet oil catch cans with integrated condensers and dipsticks for both CCV and PCV systems, laser-cut and powder-coated mounting brackets for both sides, anodized aluminum hose ends and adapter fittings, sufficient PCV hose for custom applications, and stainless steel mounting hardware. Important notes: For 2010-2016 Evo X models with "plastic" valve covers, the PCV hose is 1/3" (13mm) and requires Radium part number 20-0106-10, sold separately. This kit is designed for the OEM intake system; if an aftermarket intake is installed, the Radium Alternate Mount part number 20-0300 (sold separately) may be required.
