Description

In standard engines, these toxic gases are mixed with fuel and air and sent to the combustion chamber. This Cusco Catch Can intercepts these gases, separating the oil from the toxic blow-by, and allowing the cleaned gas to be reintroduced into the combustion process. This system prevents the release of harmful emissions into the atmosphere, as is common with some other vehicles, and avoids re-burning unneeded oil by collecting it within the tank for later disposal or recycling. Installation of the Cusco Catch Can is described as relatively simple, typically taking between 25 to 40 minutes. While the provided instructions are in Japanese, they include pictures that are sufficient for guiding the installation process. This catch can is specifically designed for the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota GT-86 models from 2013 to 2020.
