Catless Downpipes

The VRSF Catless Track Limited Racing Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of your BMW B58 engine, specifically for the M240i, 340i, 440i, 540i, 740i, and their xDrive variants. These downpipes represent a significant performance upgrade by replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with either a race configuration or a high-flow 200-cell count race cat. The primary benefit of this modification is a substantial reduction in back pressure, leading to quicker turbo spool times, noticeable power gains (estimated at 25-30hp with a tune), and a more aggressive exhaust sound. The downpipe itself is constructed from a full 4.5" diameter SS304 grade stainless steel, featuring a CNC-machined 304 stainless steel flange for a smooth transition from the turbocharger to the mid-pipes. VRSF offers a lifetime warranty on the race versions and a one-year warranty on the high-flow catted versions. It is important to note that these downpipes are NOT compatible with OPF/GPF equipped vehicles.
