Overview

The Racing Dynamics downpipes are catless downpipes made from 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish. They feature a straight-through design to replace restrictive OEM catalytic converters for maximum power and sound. These downpipes are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement and include two O2 sensor bungs for normal ECU operation.

These Racing Dynamics Catless downpipes are engineered specifically for the BMW 535i Xi with Xdrive E60/E61 models from 2007-2010, featuring the N54B30 motor. The straight-through design replaces the factory catalytic converters, significantly reducing back pressure to enhance turbo response, horsepower, and torque, with typical gains of 20-25 HP. Each pipe is equipped with two O2 sensor bungs, allowing for the transfer of your existing oxygen sensors to ensure normal ECU operation. This modification can lead to a "Check Engine Light" (CEL) being illuminated due to the removal of catalytic converters; a reprogrammed ECU or a CEL fix, such as a mini-cat, may be necessary. The reduced thermal load on the turbocharger and less turbo lag contribute to an improved driving experience. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, these downpipes come complete with all necessary gaskets and bolts for installation. The specified fitment includes the BMW 535Xi with Xdrive E60 sedan (2007-2010) and the BMW 535Xi with Xdrive E61 Touring (2007-2010). Additionally, the fitment list includes the 2008-2010 BMW 535i, 2009-2010 BMW 535i xDrive, and the 2008 BMW 535xi.
