The RV6 Catted Downpipe is engineered to replace the restrictive factory components in the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L (K20C2 engine) sedan and coupe models. Utilizing Solidworks 3D modeling and advanced flow analysis, this downpipe features a precision-cast transition from the engine to a 304 stainless steel 2.5-inch tubing. The integrated 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter is designed to improve exhaust flow and unlock performance potential that is otherwise choked by the stock integrated exhaust manifold and dual catalytic cores. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this downpipe boasts a high-strength precision cast transition and 2.5-inch diameter tubing. It is fully TIG welded and argon back-gassed to ensure pure, durable welds. The product includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as studs, flanged lock nuts, a flange bolt, a Honda gasket, and a wire harness. RV6 offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding. Optional ceramic coating (Silver or Black) is available for an additional charge, though please note that coated items are made to order and require an additional 7-14 business days for processing.
