The RV6 Performance Catted Downpipe and Front Pipe Combo is meticulously designed for the 10th generation Honda Civic 1.5T, including Sedan, Coupe, Hatchback, and Si models from 2016-2021. Engineered with Solidworks 3D modeling and Romer CMM for precise measurements, this system utilizes advanced flow analysis to optimize the transition from the turbo to the 3.0" OD tubing, ensuring maximum flow. The entire system is constructed with full radius bends for turbulence-free exhaust flow. Built for performance, this combo features a high-strength 304 stainless steel precision cast transition section and 3.0" OD tubing. It incorporates a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter to manage thermal conditions effectively, which is crucial on turbocharged engines, especially with the air intake path situated above the downpipe. The construction includes fully TIG welded joints, argon back-gassed for pure welds, and a quality USA-made Clampco V-band clamp for a leak-free connection. Hardware for installation, including bolts, socket cap screws, flanged lock nuts, and an exhaust gasket, is included. RV6 Performance offers a 24-month warranty on castings and welding. Optional ceramic coating (Black or Silver, for the entire assembly or DP section only) is available, with processing taking an additional 7-14 business days.
