Catted Downpipe/J-Pipe

The STM Catted Downpipe/J-Pipe is a performance exhaust upgrade for the 2022+ Subaru WRX, designed to connect the turbocharger to the cat-back exhaust system. Hand-fabricated and TIG-welded with back-purging, this component is crafted from full stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust. It is equipped with a 400 CPSI GESi Gen 2 G-Sport UHO EPA converter and is rated to support up to 850 horsepower, offering faster spool and increased power across the entire power band. This downpipe utilizes 3-inch 2-bolt exhaust flanges and includes two O2 bungs for sensor placement. The package includes new 2-bolt gaskets and hardware for the ground strap. Weighing in at 16.20 pounds, it offers a significant weight savings of 8.5 pounds compared to the OEM downpipe's 24.70 pounds. Fitment is confirmed for the 2022 Subaru WRX with a 6-speed manual transmission; compatibility with CVT models has not yet been confirmed. The product is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty on STM Parts to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects, though this warranty does not extend to the natural life of the converter itself.
