CCV/PCV Reroute/Delete Engine Ventilation Kit

The SPELAB Enhanced CCV/PCV Reroute/Delete Engine Ventilation Kit is engineered for 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines. This system optimizes efficiency and prevents oil leaks by collecting crankcase vapors in an oil catch can. The collected oil is filtered before clean gases are routed through the CCV filter, ensuring 100% oil molecule capture. This process prevents oil buildup in the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake pipes, thereby extending component life and maintaining engine performance. It enhances engine efficiency by keeping the intake system clean and can improve fuel economy through more efficient engine operation. The kit features a maintenance-free design and uses a rubber-gasketed blocking plate for sealing, with the option to retain the factory spacer for enhanced sealing. Tools needed include a wrench and socket set, screwdriver, scissors or blade, pliers, and work gloves. The process involves removing the factory CCV system, installing the internal catch can, connecting new CCV hoses, and installing the Venturi system. This kit is specifically designed for the 2011-2025 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engine, including Cab & Chassis models.
