CD009 Manual Transmission Swap Kit

The Collins Performance CP-GS430-CD009-SWAP kit facilitates the conversion of your Lexus GS430 (2000-2004) or GS400 equipped with a 1UZFE or 3UZFE V8 engine to a Nissan 6-speed manual transmission, specifically the CD009 from the 350Z or the JK40 series from the 370Z. This comprehensive kit utilizes your existing Aisin A340 "U1" automatic bell housing and is engineered to ensure proper clutch release systems without requiring modifications to your vehicle's firewall or the transmission's bell housing. The kit includes essential components such as an adapter plate (available in aluminum t-6061), input shaft seal, A340 bolt kit, and a pilot bearing adapter. Customers have the flexibility to choose various options for their swap, including the transmission itself (new from Nissan, or sourced by the customer), clutch system (ranging from Stage 3 with 425 ft-lbs torque capacity to Stage 6 twin-disc), flywheel, slave cylinder, driveshaft material and adapter, shifter, and clutch pedal assembly. Additional options are available to complete the conversion, such as a Lexus GS430 USDM crossmember, and you can select the driveshaft adapter specific to your GS400 (94-98) or GS430 (98-00, 00-04) rear differential ratio. You will need to supply a shift boot (if desired) and the "U1" bell housing, which can often be found in adaptation component sections.
