The Classic Diesel Design CDD Stage 3 Intercooled IDI Turbo Kit is a fully restored and upgraded OEM turbo kit designed for increased performance. It features a CNC mandrel-bent crossover pipe and a one-piece bellowed up-pipe assembly. The kit includes an intercooler, cold air intake, and a wastegate delete with a 3" stainless downpipe.

The Classic Diesel Design CDD Stage 3 Intercooled IDI Turbo Kit is a comprehensively restored and upgraded OEM turbo kit engineered to deliver over 400 horsepower. This kit features a CNC mandrel-bent crossover pipe and a one-piece bellowed up-pipe assembly, both of which can be finished with a high-temperature ceramic coating for enhanced durability and heat insulation. This coating, available in silver or black, permanently bonds with the steel to prevent rust and aids in turbo spooling by managing heat transfer. Included in the Stage 3 kit are a CDD Intercooler Kit, a cold air intake kit, a V-banded Intake Manifold, and an OEM turbo install kit. It also comes with new hardware and gaskets, powder-coated valve covers, and a CDD CDR delete kit with a catch can. The turbo itself is rebuilt with an upgraded 360° thrust bearing and oil seal rings. This kit also offers options for a stainless wastegate delete flange and a 3" stainless downpipe, which completely blocks the wastegate passage to streamline exhaust flow, improve turbo response, reduce drive pressure, and increase boost. Installation of this kit requires head studs due to the elimination of boost control. Classic Diesel Designs offers an industry-leading 5-year unlimited mileage warranty on their kits. Lead times may extend up to a few weeks due to the machining, ceramic coating, and curing processes involved.
