The Mobil Centaur XHP 151 Mine grease is a premium formulation engineered for the demanding lubrication needs of extra heavy-duty off-highway and mining equipment. It features an advanced calcium sulfonate thickener technology, which provides inherent rust protection and exceptional extreme pressure (EP) properties. This grease excels in water-saturated environments, offering superior stability and longer re-lubrication intervals compared to conventional soap-base thickeners. Its formulation with 5% molybdenum disulfide enhances wear protection and resistance to corrosion, even under challenging conditions such as high sliding, water spray, and high temperatures. The Mobil Centaur XHP 150 Mine Series, including the 151 Mine variant, is specifically designed to meet the requirements of equipment operating under heavy and shock loading. It offers excellent EP performance and load-carrying ability, ensuring robust equipment protection. Key features include excellent high-temperature oil bleed control, an advanced polymer additive package that resists water washout, and the ability to absorb free water without losing thickener consistency.
