The Centerforce DFX Clutch Series is a competition-proven clutch package engineered to SFI standards for quality and craftsmanship. It's aimed at high-end applications demanding increased integrity and holding capacity. The DFX series provides high holding capacity and strength, along with excellent drivability for a race-inspired single disc clutch. It features the patented Centerforce centrifugal weight system (where applicable) and an easy pedal effort thanks to Centerforce's patented ball bearing actuated diaphragm, ensuring smooth engagements without detriment to the vehicle's release components. The DFX performance clutch system is SFI approved for competition with Nodular Iron pressure plate rings and reinforcements designed to help prevent drive strap breakage and safety. Due to the materials used, the DFX clutch series is more aggressive with less dampening, which can cause some additional drivetrain noise and/or chatter.
