The Rotrex C30-84 is a versatile centrifugal supercharger unit, known for its silent operation and patented traction drive system. This supercharger is engineered to provide efficient performance, capable of delivering airflow up to 0.39 kg/s and achieving impeller speeds of 120,000 RPM. Its compact design and high-speed capability make it suitable for a wide range of medium-sized engine applications. The C30-84 unit is specifically designed for engines with a displacement ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 liters, with a maximum horsepower rating of 325hp. The drive ratio is 9.49:1, contributing to its exceptional performance and durability. This supercharger sets an industry standard due to its very low noise and vibration characteristics, coupled with high efficiency. While the Rotrex C30-84 supercharger unit is a significant component for forced induction, certain additional parts are required for a complete system. A pulley and an oil cooler must be purchased separately. Proper pulley selection is crucial for achieving desired boost pressure and optimal performance, and often involves calculations based on the lower pulley size and engine RPM.
