The Posi Quiet 105.10440 is a set of ceramic disc brake pads designed as an OE replacement. These pads are manufactured using a positive molding process, similar to Original Equipment suppliers, which compresses the friction material and bonds it to the backing plate for even wear and consistent performance. They are 100% scorched for easy bed-in and 100% shimmed to eliminate noise and vibration.

The friction material offers stable performance across a wide temperature range and is low dust, contributing to cleaner wheels. Hardware is included where applicable, and the formulations are 100% asbestos-free.

The Posi Quiet 105.10440 is an ultra-premium ceramic disc brake pad set engineered as an OE replacement for a range of vehicles. Manufactured using the same positive molding process as Original Equipment suppliers, these pads undergo extreme pressure to ensure the friction material is bonded to the backing plate. This process guarantees consistent friction material density, leading to even wear and reliable performance throughout the pad's service life. They feature precision-cut or shaved backing plates and mechanically attached, application-specific shims to ensure proper fitment within the caliper and minimize pad vibration. Additionally, all Posi Quiet brake pads undergo a scorching process that forces impurities from the friction material and pre-burnishes the pads, significantly accelerating the break-in period. The ceramic formulation provides stable friction performance across a wide temperature range and is low dust, keeping wheels cleaner. Included with the set are all necessary mounting hardware and shims for installation, where applicable. The brake pad formulations are 100% asbestos-free and suitable for normal commute and performance street driving.
