Ceramic Turbocharger for 1.9/2.0L TDI Engines

The PerformanceTDI GTD2060vz is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade for Volkswagen TDI engines, including ALH, BEW, BHW, BRM, CBEA, and CJAA variants. It is based on the factory turbo from Audi 3.0 TDI engines, converted for vacuum actuation and adapted to fit 1.9 or 2.0 TDI exhaust manifolds. This turbo utilizes a 5th generation VNT system, offering significant improvements over previous designs. Expect faster spool times, reduced manifold pressure at high RPMs, increased EGT capacity, and higher peak torque at lower engine speeds. The unit features Garrett upgraded journal bearings, a 60mm 11+0 compressor wheel, and is constructed with ceramic materials. It is an oil and water-cooled unit with an EGR-deleted manifold. Installation of the GTD2060vz is not a direct bolt-on and requires modifications. It is recommended to have a tune, an upgraded MAP sensor, and potentially upgraded fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems. Internal modifications to the engine may also be necessary. Fitment considerations are important, especially for engine swaps. There's a possibility the turbo might not fit the engine bay if bottom-mounted.
