This package is specifically engineered as a solution for 82 and 84 automatic Corvettes, 84 4+3 Doug Nash manual transmission CFI Corvettes, and 82/83 Camaro, Firebird, and Trans Am models that may be experiencing ECM issues. This EBL Flash II unit comes with a permanently installed Harness Adapter Module (HAM) interface board, making it a direct plug-and-play replacement for your stock ECM. It arrives pre-loaded with a functional stock 82 and 84 Corvette tune, enabling you to install it and drive immediately. The package also includes a CD containing base tunes for the 84 Corvette 4+3, as well as for Firebird, Camaro, and Trans Am CFI vehicles, offering flexibility for different applications. Beyond its plug-and-play nature, the EBL Flash II offers significant advantages for future customization. If you plan to upgrade your CFI engine with components like new heads, camshafts, headers, larger throttle bodies, or injectors, this ECM is fully user-programmable. Utilizing TunerPro RT software, you can easily tune the engine for increased performance, leveraging the pre-loaded stock tune as an excellent starting point. The ECM software itself features enhanced larger tables and added functionality, with documented calibration parameters and definition files provided for advanced users. The hardware is built to last, with industrial temperature specifications and a conformal coating for enhanced reliability and longevity. Additionally, the EBL board includes eight analog input channels and two ground terminals, allowing for real-time data logging of external sensors such as wide band O2 sensors, fuel pressure, and other 0-5V linear devices.
