Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are rebuilt using a 3-step inspection process to meet high-quality standards. This includes pre-inspection for case cracks and wear, measuring components to OEM specifications, and testing shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers. Seals are replaced, and units are dyno-tested for operation, shiftability, and noise. The process also includes hydro-blast rinsing, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
