The LighTech TESU004 chain adjusters are CNC machined from billet Ergal 7075 and designed for fast and accurate tire and chain adjustment on specific Suzuki models. They feature an external bolt for precise adjustment with a metric scale stamped into the alloy. Each click of the adjuster provides a 0.25mm increment adjustment.

The LighTech TESU004 chain adjusters are precision-engineered for Suzuki GSX-R600 (2011-2025) and GSX-R750 (2011-2025) motorcycles. Crafted from CNC-machined billet Ergal 7075, these adjusters offer exceptional strength and durability. Designed for both street and track use, the TESU004 features an external bolt mechanism that allows for incredibly precise chain adjustments. A laser-etched metric scale is stamped directly into the alloy body, enabling easy reading and 100% accurate alignment of the left and right sides. Each click of the adjuster corresponds to a 0.25mm displacement, ensuring micro-adjustments for optimal chain tension. This accuracy is crucial for extending chain life, minimizing tire wear, and preserving the longevity of your front and rear sprockets. Installation is straightforward, though it's noted that these adjusters may be thicker than stock axle blocks, and the stock cotter pin for the rear axle nut might no longer be used. The kit includes a pair of chain adjusters (left and right side), mounting instructions, and all necessary hardware specific to the motorcycle model. Optional chain adjuster lifters are available, allowing for the use of spool-type rear stands for a more secure and convenient bike lift, often referred to as a race look. Available in Black, Red, and Cobalt, these LighTech chain adjusters combine sleek race-inspired aesthetics with high functionality.
