The Forge Motorsport Charge Cooler Radiator is an auxiliary cooling system designed for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C7 platform). It features over 100% increased capacity with a 22 FPI louvre super tech cooling core for maximum cooling efficiency. This system retains the OEM charge cooler radiator but adds a front-mounted auxiliary radiator, avoiding obstructions from the condenser. The design ensures it is placed last in sequence, allowing for improved performance.

By increasing capacity by over 100% with a 22 FPI louvre super tech cooling core, it significantly enhances cooling efficiency. The system integrates with the OEM charge cooler radiator by flowing into a dedicated, front-mounted auxiliary radiator. This placement is strategic, ensuring no obstructions from components like the condenser and positioning it last in sequence for optimal airflow and performance. Exhaustive testing on the road and dyno has demonstrated that this unique design can lower inlet temperatures by up to 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) over three consecutive runs. Constructed with Flurosilicone inner-lined coolant hoses, this radiator is compatible with modern long-life and O.A.T. coolants, as well as oil mist, ensuring durability and longevity. The kit includes an OEM modified crash bar, Forge silicon hoses, and hand-fabricated end tanks with an anti-corrosion black powder coat. This product is designed, developed, and manufactured in Great Britain and comes with a Worldwide lifetime warranty. Please note: This auxiliary radiator will not fit with the Nightvision system unless it is removed. It is designed for the Audi RS6 and RS7 C7 platform vehicles.
