Charge Cooler System for Audi 3.0T V6

The Revo Charge Cooler System is a direct replacement kit engineered to enhance cooling capabilities and maximize vehicle performance, particularly for the Audi 3.0T V6 engine. This engine's supercharger shares its coolant system with the rest of the engine, leading to temperature spikes during high-speed driving or in warm climates, which can trigger a power reduction safety measure. The Revo system provides more consistent and lower intake temperatures, especially at higher RPMs. It incorporates a larger heat exchanger with over 50% more volume and increased surface area for more effective cooling. The design includes optimized end tanks to evenly distribute coolant, allowing more time for heat dissipation. A dedicated coolant reservoir functions as a standalone system, introducing more coolant and reducing strain on the OEM pump. The kit includes custom-designed silicone hoses manufactured from automotive-grade silicone with polyester fabric, built with four plies for strength and reliability. Testing showed a reduction in intake temperatures of 3-6°C during normal driving and up to 12°C cooler than the stock system after consecutive high-speed runs. This charge cooler system is specifically designed for the Audi S4 (B8.5) and S5 (B8.5) models with the 3.0 V6 TFSI engine from 2012 onwards.
