Charge Pipe for BMW F8X S55 Twin Turbo Engine

The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipes are a direct replacement for the factory plastic charge pipe on the 2015+ BMW M2 Competition, M3, and M4 models equipped with the S55 Twin Turbo Engine. The factory charge pipe is known to break under increased boost pressure, but these aluminum pipes are built to withstand higher levels, ensuring durability and reliability. Constructed from lightweight, high-grade 6061 aluminum, these charge pipes feature mandrel-bent piping for smooth airflow transitions. This design improves throttle response and reduces turbo lag by maintaining a consistent 2.25" diameter from the turbocharger outlet to the intercooler, unlike the restrictive and irregularly shaped factory pipe. The pipes retain the factory style o-ring turbocharger outlet flange with a precision CNC machined flange for a leak-free connection and include beaded ends with smooth band hose clamps to prevent dislodging under boost. Silicone hump hoses are provided for installation. These charge pipes include all necessary hardware for a plug-and-play installation. They also offer optional 1/8" NPT bungs for methanol or nitrous injectors, or for use as a vacuum/boost source, with plugs included for unused bungs. Note that the standard charge pipe kit does not fit with the AWE carbon fiber intake system; a specifically configured kit is available for this application.
