Overview

It features CNC machined throttle body and turbo flanges for an OEM fitment. This charge pipe includes three 1/8" NPT bungs for methanol injection or boost gauges, and a heavy-duty reinforced silicone coupler.

The product comes with upper and lower charge pipes, a silicone coupler, T-bolt clamps, NPT plugs, bolts, and O-rings. The design is intended to improve reliability at higher boost levels compared to the OEM single O-ring.

The Burger Motorsports BMS-BMW-SUPRA-PIPE is a charge pipe upgrade constructed from high-gauge aluminum, featuring CNC-machined throttle body and turbo flanges for a precise, OEM-style fit. The pipe includes three 1/8" NPT bungs, making it ideal for integrating an external boost gauge or methanol nozzles. This kit provides a direct replacement for the factory charge pipe and includes a heavy-duty reinforced silicone coupler, T-bolt clamps, NPT plugs, and all necessary installation hardware. The double O-ring seal on the turbo-side flange is engineered to withstand over 40psi of boost, offering improved reliability over the stock single O-ring setup which is not suitable for high boost applications. The Burger Motorsports BMS-BMW-SUPRA-PIPE is compatible with a wide range of BMW and Toyota Supra models. Specific fitment includes various years of the BMW 540i, 640i Gran Coupe, 640i Gran Turismo, 740i, M240i, M340i, and the Toyota Supra.
