The FTP Motorsports charge pipe kit serves as a direct, upgraded aluminum replacement for the stock plastic charge and boost pipes found in BMW's N55-powered F22 and F3X models. The factory plastic components are prone to cracking and failure over time due to heat cycles and stress, leading to boost leaks, check engine lights, and performance degradation. This kit addresses these issues by utilizing durable aluminum construction with smooth bends for unobstructed flow and a larger-than-stock diameter to increase charge-air volume. Featuring 3-ply silicone couplers for a secure seal and including hardware and seals, this kit ensures a boost leak-free connection. It is compatible with both manual and automatic transmission applications, as well as rear-wheel drive and xDrive models.
