The CTS Turbo charge pipe kit is designed to upgrade the intercooler piping for B9 Audi S4/S5 3.0T TFSI models. It replaces the factory's brittle plastic pipe with a high-flowing, all-aluminum component. This kit aims to increase flow, enhance reliability, improve throttle response, and decrease turbo lag. It also features two water/methanol bungs for easy installation of injection nozzles.

The CTS Turbo charge pipe kit is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock intercooler-to-throttle body pipe on B9/B9.5 Audi S4 and S5 models equipped with the 3.0T TFSI engine. Replacing the factory's brittle plastic pipe, this upgrade utilizes 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping for increased flow and improved reliability. The kit features a billet throttle body inlet adapter and a precision CNC machined MAP sensor flange, all finished with a robust black powdercoat. Installation is made more straightforward with the included 4-ply silicon connector and stainless steel clamps. Two 1/8" NPT water-methanol bungs are integrated into the design, providing a convenient way to install injection nozzles. This charge pipe kit is compatible with factory intercoolers and CTS Turbo intercoolers, and may also be compatible with other aftermarket intercoolers. This kit is specifically designed for the 2018 and newer B9/B9.5 Audi S4 and S5 models with the 3.0T Turbo engine. The kit replaces Original Equipment parts 8W0145673AQ and 8W0145673AE.
