Overview

The CTS Turbo charge pipe set is a direct replacement for the OEM charge pipes on BMW F22, F30, F32, F33, F36, and F87 models with the N55 engine and xDrive. The stock charge pipes are known to fail even at stock boost levels, but this kit is constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum for increased rigidity and durability. It features a CNC-machined MAP sensor flange and retains the factory-style o-ring throttle body lock flange.

The CTS Turbo N55 Charge Pipe Set is designed to replace the failure-prone OEM charge pipes found on xDrive equipped BMW models including the M235i, 335i, and 435i. These factory plastic pipes are known to fail under stock boost levels, leading to performance issues and potential damage. This CTS Turbo kit addresses this weakness by utilizing robust, mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum piping for superior strength and durability. It also includes a water/meth bung, allowing for straightforward installation of most water/meth injection kits. The robust black powdercoated finish and 4-ply silicon connectors with stainless steel clamps ensure a long-lasting and reliable installation. The result is improved throttle response and reduced turbo lag. Fitment is specific to the following BMW xDrive models: F22 M235i xDrive (2014-2016), F30 335i xDrive (2012-2015), F32 435i xDrive (2014-2016), F33 435i xDrive (2014-2016), F36 435i xDrive (2014-2016), and F87 M2 (model years vary but generally 2016-2017). It is not compatible with non-xdrive models or vehicles outside these specified ranges. Additionally, this part is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations.
