The Mountune Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit is an engine performance solution for the Mk3 Ford Focus ST, engineered to address flow restrictions in the factory system. By optimizing the charge air ducting and lower hot-side charge pipe, this kit reduces system pressure drop from 8.4kPa down to 6kPa, resulting in a 39% improvement in airflow compared to the OE configuration. The kit consists of high-flow mandrel-bent aluminum piping finished in a black anodized coating for durability, paired with Nomex-lined silicone boost hoses reinforced with stainless steel wire. These hoses are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. The kit is designed as a direct replacement for factory components and is compatible with the original intercooler, as well as the Mountune Alloy Intercooler Upgrade for maximum performance. Use of the optional Mountune Boost Hose Clip Kit is recommended during installation. This upgrade does not impact the base vehicle warranty.
