Overview

The ROUSH F-150 Calibrated Supercharger Kit, part of the TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line, features the R2300 supercharger with Eaton's Twin Vortices Series technology. This roots-type, positive displacement supercharger has twin four-lobe rotors twisted 160-degrees. This design, combined with redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, enhances thermal efficiency, delivers higher volumetric capacity, enables higher operating speeds, creates a smoother airflow, and improves noise and vibration. Unlike turbo-charging, it provides instant throttle response and increases power throughout the engine's entire powerband. The supercharger runs on the first-sheave FEAD, allowing for a heavy-duty tensioner for increased durability. Calibration uses a ROUSH Flash Voucher card with ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) software and a pass-thru device. PCM flashing can also be done by ROUSH for an additional $100.00 fee.
