The Chase Bays Clutch Line is a one-piece replacement for the stock BMW E30 clutch line, designed to improve pedal feel, enhance engine bay aesthetics, and reduce clutter. It's constructed from -3AN stainless steel, features a Teflon PTFE lined inner core, and is PVC coated, with all stainless steel hose ends. The hose has a burst pressure of 9000psi and is chemically resistant. The "TFCV" in the MPN indicates the inclusion of the Tilton Flow Control Valve. This valve allows the clutch to slip slightly during quick engagements, reducing shock loads to the driveline and minimizing the risk of damage to components. This is particularly beneficial for racing and drifting applications. When the Tilton valve is added, the clutch line becomes a two-piece system.
