Description

The Chase Bays Oil Cooler Kit addresses high engine oil temperatures in Nissan 240SX S13, S14, and S15 chassis with SR20DET, KA24DE, or CA18DET engines, common during aggressive driving. This kit ensures optimal oil temperatures for engine longevity and consistent performance. It features a 19-row oil cooler, chassis-specific brackets, and BMRS (Brown and Miller Racing) hoses/ends. Custom Chase Bays fitting adapters ensure a leak-free installation. The kit is designed for both naturally aspirated and forced induction setups, minimizing interference with intercooler plumbing (minor refabrication may be needed in some configurations). Expect an approximate 30°F drop in oil temperatures. The sandwich adapter requires 30 ft-lbs torque.
