This brace works by stiffening the chassis, which directly reduces suspension flex and thereby improves overall traction for more precise and confident corner carving. Constructed from robust tubular steel, this brace is built to withstand the rigors of performance driving and is finished in a durable, textured black powdercoat for long-lasting corrosion resistance and an aggressive aesthetic. Designed to fit all 2005 to 2014 Mustangs, including V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models, this shock tower brace is a direct fit for a wide range of applications. However, it is important to note that this brace does not fit Mustangs equipped with the Shaker 1000 sound system. Installation may require some modifications and potentially welding, with all models necessitating trimming of the factory inner trunk liner. The estimated installation time is approximately one hour, requiring light to moderate mechanical skill.
