The Cherry Bomb Vortex 88116CB muffler is a universal-fit exhaust component designed for street applications. Constructed from steel and featuring a durable gray aluminized finish, this muffler is 100% welded for maximum durability. Its patented flow divider design, combined with high-temperature fiberglass packing, effectively absorbs both high and low frequency sounds to produce a deep tone without unwanted cabin drone. This muffler offers significant installation flexibility due to its reversible design. It features dual 2.5-inch inlet and dual 2.5-inch outlet connections. The overall dimensions of the muffler body are approximately 4-1/4 inches in height by 10-1/4 inches in length, with a total length of 23-1/2 inches. While broadly compatible, specific fitment has been noted for the 2001-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD models in both RWD and 4WD configurations. It is recommended for car, truck, and SUV applications.
