Description

The Mahle Original 601-1047 is a high-volume, standard-pressure oil pump designed for various Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, and Cadillac engines. It features a 5/8-inch screen inlet and is compatible with Small Block Gen I Chevy engines, including 283, 302, 307, 327, 348, 350, 400, and 409 cubic inch displacements.

This oil pump is not a direct replacement for pumps with integrated screens, and it does not include a separate oil pump screen. A hardened driveshaft is recommended for use with this pump. It is a new, not remanufactured, component.
