The United Engine & Machine Co KB228.070 is a set of 8 hypereutectic pistons designed for high-performance applications. These pistons feature a flat-top design with 7cc valve reliefs and are compatible with a 4.070-inch bore size. They are suitable for marine, drag race, circle track, street, and towing applications.

Constructed from a low-expansion 390 aluminum alloy with 16 percent silicon, these pistons allow for tighter piston-to-wall running clearance. They include fully machined heads and valve reliefs, triple spiral lock rings, CNC-machined pin bores, and a diamond-finished skirt.

The OE deck height is 9.025 inches, and the standard bore size is 4.000 inches. Piston rings are not included but are available separately, with the specified size being 5/64 x 5/64 x 3/16. The wrist pins and spiral locks are included.
