The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2330A-P is a remanufactured GM 9.5" Axle Assembly with a 3.08 ratio and posi-traction. It is meticulously rebuilt to high quality standards, with each assembly undergoing inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gear backlash is set for optimal tooth contact and quiet operation. The axle tubes are also inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness. A hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning procedure are used on internal and external parts.
