CHEVY 2500HD 5" LIFT KIT

The Zone Off-Road C43F/C50F 5-inch lift kit for Chevy Silverado 2500HD & 3500HD trucks is designed to increase clearance for larger diameter tires. It features 1/4" thick American steel fabricated drop cross members to reposition the OE lower control arms, providing additional ground clearance. These cross-members are paired with a full-width Zone Offroad-branded skid plate for robust subframe protection of critical steering and driveline components. CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles replace factory steering knuckles to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. Multipoint differential relocation brackets secure the front differential, keeping CV axle operating angles similar to stock. The system retains factory torsion bars for ride quality and spring rate, with Zone-branded torsion bar cross-member drop brackets for correct positioning. Specially tuned FOX 2.0 Adventure Series IFP shocks enhance ride quality and off-road damper performance. The front of the kit includes longer sway bar links to correct the sway bar operating angle, bump stop extensions, and extended-length stainless steel brake lines. The rear of the kit includes tapered 3-inch lift blocks and longer black e-coated u-bolts to lift and level the stance, along with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series IFP shocks.
